Fitness Fluting™

Participants meet on a local Rail Trail, an asphalt trail that winds through several towns alongside a river in the woods. Players line up single file on the side of the trail, flute in hand, and walk at a brisk pace for 40 minutes. The first in line plays a predetermined number of notes in a short song, followed by the next person, and so on down the line and back to the beginning of the line, starting all over again, it is a rapid fire flute drill. By the end of the walk all have had an invigorating cardio/aerobic work out to awesome flute improv. Fitness Fluting is way more fun than working out in a gym listening to iTunes!

Open to all students and flute customers by invitation.
